Today I’m saying goodbye to the Grateful Bunch (retiring) stamp set and matching Blossom Bunch Punch (retiring). This is such a lovely set that I really feel I should have used so much more, I definitely needed to send more, “you are awesome” cards 🙂

The design for my card was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #220, it seemed perfect to show off those lovely flowers one last time and my favourite sentiment from this set.

To make my sweet and simple card I stamped the flowers in Flirty Flamingo and Melon Mambo onto the matching cardstocks, punched them out with the coordinating Blossom Bunch Punch (retiring) and scattered them over the Cucumber Crush (retiring) leaves. A stamped sentiment in Flirty Flamingo, add a little sparkle and all done!

I did go a little overboard with the bling I confess, but I do like it, it makes my super simple card look just a little more special 😉 I used our brand new, coming soon, Gold Faceted Gems in the centres of the two biggest flowers and Metallic Enamel Shapes on the rest. I can see those new gems are going to get a workout in the coming year, I’m loving their texture 🙂

I repeated the same layers inside my card and added a little decoration at the bottom. I wasn’t going to add the bling inside but they looked a little boring compared to the front, so on it went! Now my card is completely overloaded with sparkle and I love it 🙂
