Hi everyone 🖐 I have a simple gift idea to share with you today using the cute Mini Coffee Carriers from the Aug-Dec 2020 Mini Catalogue. 

The Mini Coffee Carriers are designed to hold two of the Mini Coffee Cups from the Heartwarming Hugs Suite, but they can hold lots of other things as well and I used some of mine to create mini hampers for my son to take as his teacher gifts this year. 

The only decoration I added to my hampers were panels of cardstock & Plaid Tidings DSP around the base for pattern & colour and a very simple tag which gave me a place to add the necessary Christmas sparkle ✨ 

The fun contents do all the rest of the decorative work for me and you could make loads of these in a very short amount of time, perfect for last-minute gift giving 😊 

The cardstock panels for the base measure: 5-1/2″ x 2-1/8″ (x2) & 2-5/8″ x 2-1/8″ (x2)
& the layering DSP pieces measure: 5-1/4″ x 1-7/8″ (x2) & 2-3/8″ x 1-7/8″ (x2).

The tag is 2″ x 4-1/8″ piece of cardstock & I used the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch & Detailed Trio Punch to shape the top & bottom & added a 2″ x 3/4″ piece of DSP for a little decoration behind the sentiment.

 

I had so much fun putting together these little hampers and I hope the teachers will enjoy them as well. The contents didn’t cost too much and it would be easy to change the theme to suit the recipient, for example; craft supplies, makeup, jewellery, mini tech items, toys etc… 

As I mentioned in my video, I think I’ll be making a few more of these for the Christmas season so now I’ll need to stock up on a few more goodies to fill them up with 😁
