12 Weeks of Halloween 2020 | Week 12

Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator Karen Robinson | 12 Weeks of Halloween 2020 – Week 12

Hi everyone 🖐 I’m back with the final instalment in this year’s 12 Weeks of Halloween series 😥 & today I have some quick & easy, last-minute makes to share with you that are perfect to dress up some of the goodies you might already have in your stash 😀

Little Paper Party, 12 Weeks of Halloween 2020 - Week 12, 1

I’ll be sharing three different ideas today; matchbooks, lollipop holders & pencil tags, all of which don’t need many products or materials and are a great way to use up those scraps left over from other projects.

I made two different sized matchbook holders, but decorated them exactly the same way. This is perfect when you’re making bulk projects as everything has a cohesive look, but you can customise the wrapping for different sized treats.

Small Matchbook: Will hold packets 3″ x 2-1/4″ (Can make 4 from one sheet of cardstock)
Cardstock: 2-1/2″ x 7″
Score @ 3/4″, 3-3/4″ & 4-1/4″

Large Matchbook: Will hold packets 4-1/4″ x 2-3/8″ (Can make 3 from one sheet of cardstock)
Cardstock: 2-1/2″ x 9-5/8″
Score @ 3/4″, 5-1/8″ & 5-5/8″

Lollipop holders are an oldie but goodie that’s a great way to dress up the humble Chupa Chup 😊 This one will hold both full size and mini ones & I used just a scrap of DSP to dress up the front.

Lollipop Holder: Can make 8 from one sheet of cardstock
Cardstock: 6 x 1-1/2″
Score @ 1-3/4″, 3-1/2″ & 5-1/4″

My final project is a simple tag to dress up a pencil, glowstick, sherbet stick or any other long thin treat. I used the Everyday Label Punch & a regular hole punch to make my holes and then enlarged them a little for the pencil to fit through easily. It doesn’t matter if the holes are a little big as the tag curves when it’s in on your treat which keeps it snugly in place.

I do hope you’ve enjoyed the projects I’ve shared in this year’s series and wish you all a very Happy & spooky Halloween this Saturday 👻 🎃

Cheers,
Karen
