Festive Friday | Wrapped In Christmas

Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator Karen Robinson | Festive Friday – Wrapped In Christmas

Hi everyone 🖐 I’m back with another Festive Friday card to share with you and today I’m using the *new* Wrapped In Christmas stamp set from the Aug-Dec 2020 Mini Catalogue with an oldie but goodie, Winter Woods from the 2020-21 Annual Catalogue.

Little Paper Party, Wrapped In Christmas, Winter Woods, 2

Wrapped In Christmas is a sentiment stamp set which makes it perfect to mix & match with any image. I decided to heat emboss mine on Vellum in gold – which I haven’t done in such a long time. I cut my Vellum to 1-3/4″ x 7-1/2″ so I could wrap it around one of my card layers and not have to worry about hiding my adhesive behind my stamping.

I stamped the one of the trees from Winter Woods in Old Olive ink onto Whisper White cardstock & die cut this layer with a stitched rectangle from my stash. I layered it up with Heartwarming Hugs DSP & Pear Pizazz cardstock and then added my heat embossed sentiment in the centre before adhering everything to a Thick Whisper White card base.

The inside has a few more layers with another sentiment from Wrapped In Christmas & some pine branches in the corners for a little decoration.

I love how this card turned out 💖 it’s very simple, but everything worked together beautifully. This would definitely be suitable to make in bulk and as I kept everything flat it will post at the standard rate 😁

Cheers,
Karen
