Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator Karen Robinson | 12 Weeks of Halloween 2020 – Week 4
Hi everyone 🖐 Today I have the fourth project in this year’s 12 Weeks of Halloween series to share with you which is a quick, easy and cute gift bag. It’s made using the Plaid Tidings DSP & Have A Hoot Bundle, both of which can be found in the Aug-Dec 2020 Mini Catalogue.
The finished bag measures 1-3/4″ W x 3″ H x 1″D and only needs a 4″ x 6″ piece of DSP. As I was using a 6″ x 6″ DSP pack for my samples I could only make one bag per sheet, but if you have 12″ x 12″ paper you could make 6 from one sheet without any leftovers 😀
I decorated my little bags with the Have A Hoot Bundle and used the Stampin’ Blends to colour my images plus the Basic Black Marker to add some expression to the sentiment. A nice big floppy bow of Metallic Mesh Ribbon keeps my bags shut and adds some lovely sparkle as well.
Here’s the How To:
DSP: 4″ x 6″
- Score @ 1-3/4″, 2-3/4″, 4-1/2″ & 5-1/2″
- Turn 90°
- Score @ 1″
- Remove bottom section on 1/2″ tab
- Cut up to 1″ score line & wedge in tabs
- Add adhesive to 1/2″ tab & front base & assemble
- Decorate as desired
A quick & easy project today, perfect to make in bulk & to save some time get the kids to colour the images or use some that don’t need colouring, even faster 😁
Cheers,
Karen
