Well, we’re just a few days into a brand new year and it’s time for one of my favourite Stampin’ Up! events to begin – Sale-A-Bration, yay 🙂 Sale-A-Bration runs from now until March 31st and is a great time to earn FREE goodies when you shop as well as receive extra perks if you join the Stampin’ Up! family. Of course, the start of Sale-A-Bration also means  the start of the new Mini Catalogue & this year’s is packed with beautiful products & ideas for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays & everyday.

This is the simple card I included with my catalogue mailouts and was made using products from the fun Birthday Bonanza Suite (p32 of the Mini Catalogue) – one of my favourites 🙂

Here’s the How To:

I die cut a rectangle using a die from my stash from the Birthday Bonanza DSP and adhered it to a Thick Whisper White card base to create a cheerful background. The koala from Bonanza Buddies was stamped in Smoky Slate & Momento Black ink using my Stamparatus (as I was making multiples) and die cut with the coordinating die from the Bonanza Dies.

I stamped & cut up a sentiment from the same set and a created a little background using the pom pom image and coordinating ink. I die cut this with a circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies and then popped all my elements up with dimensionals with a little swish of Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon behind for some extra texture.
