Eastern Palace Bundle

Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator Karen Robinson | Eastern Palace Bundle

Today I have a few quick and easy cards made with the Eastern Palace Premier Bundle, this special bundle offer ends today, but all the products will still be available tomorrow when the new catalogue goes live, just not in the bundled offering.

I know die cutting doesn’t appeal to everyone and not everyone has a Big Shot, so I have two cards first up that are all about the stamps and a little punching.

Little Paper Party, Eastern Palace Premier Bundle, #7

My first card uses a new favourite colour combination, Berry Burst, Bermuda Bay and Lemon Lime Twist. I simply stamped the circle images from the Eastern Beauty stamp set randomly over my card front, added a couple of banners and a sentiment and layered that onto a Bermuda Bay layer and a Thick Whisper White card base.

A little Black Metallic Thread and a generous sprinkling of Glitter Enamel Dots – these are sooo pretty in person – and all done!

Little Paper Party, Eastern Palace Premier Bundle, #2

The hello card uses only product from the suite with the exception of two gold enamel dots that I just had to add for some extra sparkle 🙂 I layered some of the Eastern Palace DSP onto Fresh Fig cardstock and stamped images from the stamp set in Fresh Fig, Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide this time. I adhered one of the Gold Vinyl Stickers on the bottom circle, added a tassel and then layered the sentiment above that. The sentiment is popped up with double dimensionals as the tassel is quite thick, I like the look but you easily have the tassel underneath instead.

My second lot of cards uses the thinlits this time, but really in the simplest of ways, you can do loads more with them than what I done here.

The smile card once again only uses products from the suite except for the ribbon and enamel heart. This is a great design for making in bulk and you could dress it up as little or much as you want.

Little Paper Party, Eastern Palace Premier Bundle, #5

The black card uses the same colour combination as my first card but with black being the main colour instead of an accent this time. I die cut three of the Eastern Palace Thinlits and a circle from the Layering Circles Framelits from Berry Burst cardstock, running them through the Big Shot at the same time to create the medallion on the front of the card.

A couple of die cut circles in contrasting cardstock behind and a gold heat embossed sentiment underneath and this card front was layered the same as the first. I did add one Glitter Enamel Dot to the centre of the medallion, I thought this was all the embellishment this striking card required – I do like my sparkle 🙂

I hope you liked this little group of quick and easy cards, it’s amazing what a difference a few colour changes can make, while I do love the colours in the Eastern Palace DSP, I must admit the brighter ones are calling to me at the moment, perhaps because we’re moving into winter here and it getting colder and darker.

If you like any of the projects I’ve shared today all the products are available in my online store except the Glitter Enamel Dots and Berry Burst ink and cardstock, but they’ll both be available tomorrow, not too long to wait now 🙂

I hope you’ll come back tomorrow to check out my Top 10 must-haves from the new catalogue, see you then!

Cheers,
Karen
